This Privacy Policy explains how Leachman Holdings LLC ("Leachman Holdings," "MarketOne," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use MarketOne — the marketone.io website, the MarketOne application, and related services (together, the "Service"). MarketOne is a product of Leachman Holdings LLC, and in this Policy "we," "us," and "our" include Leachman Holdings LLC together with its affiliates and subsidiaries. By using the Service, you agree to this Policy. Please also read our Terms of Service.
1. Information we collect
Information you provide. When you join the waitlist, create an account, or contact us, we collect information such as your name, email address, and the contents of your messages. Account authentication is handled by a third-party provider (see "How we share information").
Information collected automatically. When you use the Service, we automatically collect usage and device information — such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, referring pages, and timestamps — through cookies and similar technologies and through server logs.
Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our service providers, such as our authentication provider, email provider, hosting and infrastructure providers, and, if you purchase a paid feature, our payment processor.
2. How we use information
We use personal information to:
- operate, maintain, and provide the Service and its features;
- create and manage your account and authenticate you;
- send you transactional and account messages, and — where permitted — product updates and marketing;
- respond to your requests and provide support;
- monitor, secure, debug, and improve the Service, and prevent fraud and abuse;
- comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies that are necessary to operate the Service (for example, to keep you signed in), and we may use analytics technologies to understand how the Service is used. We also use advertising and measurement technologies from third parties, including the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, to measure the performance of our marketing and to show relevant ads; these may set cookies and share limited usage data (such as the pages you visit) with those providers, and may also share hashed contact information, such as a one-way hashed version of your email address, so those providers can match you to your account with them and better attribute conversions. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may affect how the Service works.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- Service providers. With vendors who process data on our behalf to run the Service — including authentication (Clerk), email delivery (Resend), hosting and content delivery (Vercel, DigitalOcean), and, for paid features, payment processing. These providers may only use the data to provide services to us.
- Legal and safety. When required by law, legal process, or a governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of MarketOne, our users, or the public.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your direction. When you ask us to share it, or connect a third-party service yourself.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential.
7. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to withdraw consent. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@marketone.io. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in the email; we may still send you transactional messages about your account.
8. International users
We are based in the United States, and we may process and store information in the United States and other countries whose data-protection laws may differ from those in your country. Where required, we take steps to provide an appropriate level of protection for transferred information.
9. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Third-party links
The Service may link to third-party websites and services that we do not control and that have their own privacy practices. This Policy does not apply to them, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.
