The Industrial Production (YoY) for Brazil measures the change in the total inflation-adjusted value of output produced by manufacturers, mines, and utilities on a year-on-year basis. A higher than expected reading is generally considered good for the BRL, while a lower than expected reading is considered bad for the BRL.
